Frequently Asked Questions

What does "Best of 3 Legs" mean?

Each match is up to three individual games (legs). Win two out of three and you take the match. This format is common in darts, table tennis, padel, and similar sports where shorter individual games work better.

How does the round-robin scoring work?

Every team plays every other team once. The template gives 2 points for a match win, 0 for a loss, and calculates standings automatically with tie-breakers as needed.

What team sizes are supported?

Anywhere from 3 to 16 teams. Each size generates the correct number of matchups and adjusts the standings table to fit.

Can I track individual leg scores?

Each match has separate fields for Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3. The template figures out the match winner from those leg results and updates standings in real time.

Is this suitable for padel or darts tournaments?

That is exactly what we built it for. The best-of-three format is a natural fit for padel, darts, table tennis, and badminton.
