2026 NCAA Division II Football Championship Bracket
The 2026 NCAA Division II Football Championship features a 32-team single-elimination playoff field. The expanded 32-team format means every team begins play in the First Round, with no first-round byes.
The bracket is divided into four Super Regions, with eight selected teams competing within each region. Teams advance through the First Round, Second Round and Quarterfinals until one team remains from each Super Region.
Those four Super Region champions make up the national final four. The remaining teams are then seeded No. 1 through No. 4, with No. 1 playing No. 4 and No. 2 playing No. 3 in the national semifinals. The two semifinal winners advance to the NCAA Division II Football Championship game. The NCAA's 2025 bracket shows this final-four reseeding structure.
Our free bracket is designed to make the tournament easy to follow. Select the teams participating in each Super Region, enter winners as games are completed and follow the playoff field all the way to the national champion.
The 2026 NCAA Division II Football Championship game is scheduled for Saturday, December 19, 2026 at McKinney ISD Stadium in McKinney, Texas.
