To ensure your pool standings are preserved and easily shareable, we recommend exporting your tracker as a PDF at the end of each round. In Google Sheets, navigate to File > Download > PDF Document (.pdf). For the best presentation, remember to toggle off "Show gridlines" before you export or print.

The standard bracket tracks one set of picks. This tracker is for pool commissioners managing a group — it handles multiple participants' bracket picks and scores them all from a single dashboard.
There is no hard limit. Each person's picks go in their own section, and the scoring dashboard aggregates everything. We have seen pools with 50+ entries work fine.
Enter actual playoff results in the master section, and the tracker compares every participant's picks against them. Points are awarded for correct series calls, and you can weight later rounds more heavily if you want. The scoring rules are yours to adjust.
With Google Sheets, share a view-only link so people can check standings without touching the data. For Excel, export standings as a PDF after each round.
